I oversee vendor arrivals, check on décor placement, manage the timeline, and coordinate with the bridal party—making sure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there. Whether it’s pinning boutonnieres, placing custom signage, or adjusting the ceremony seating for unexpected wind, I’m there to make it all run smoothly. My job is to anticipate needs before they arise and handle any surprises with calm and care, so the couple’s only job is to say “I do.”
