Wedding Management
Great wedding-day coordination starts long before the wedding day. Our Wedding Management package begins about two months out, when we step in to finalize details, create your timeline, confirm vendors, and prepare for a seamless celebration. On wedding day, we manage the logistics, vendors, and unexpected moments behind the scenes so you can stop planning, be fully present, and enjoy the day you worked so hard to create.

How do I know which package is right for me?
IIf you’ve planned your wedding and need someone to step in, organize the final details, coordinate your vendors, and manage the day, Wedding Management is likely the right fit. If you want support from the beginning with budgeting, vendors, design, logistics, and planning, Full Planning & Design may be best. Already have the planning handled but need help creating a cohesive look? Event Design may be exactly what you need. Not sure? Tell us where you are in the process, and we’ll help you figure it out.
Do you only work in Middle Tennessee?
Not at all! Simply Southern Events is based in Middle Tennessee, and travel within 50 miles of Murfreesboro is included in our standard services. We’re happy to travel beyond that area for an additional fee, and we also offer Destination Wedding planning for celebrations farther from home. Have a location in mind? Reach out—we’d love to hear where you’re celebrating!
When should I book your services?
The sooner you know you’d like us on your team, the better! Full Planning & Design and Destination Weddings are best booked early in the planning process, while Wedding Management can be booked after you’ve done much of the planning yourself. Because we take a limited number of weddings each year, popular dates can fill quickly. If you already have your date, reach out—we can let you know what’s available.
